New Blythe i instantly found a liking to.

Ok, this is gonna be a real short one.
But i just find that i must share it with you guys.

Oh my gosh.
Blythe is finally producing a Black-haired Blythe after so long.
It's doesn't matter to me whether she is a product of collaboration.
What matters to me is her style, which appeals to me the most.
And if you can remember, i want a Black-haired Blythe all along.

I really want this.
As much as i want Alison the other time.
But the catch is this.
She's very very expensive.
The tentative price is 26,250 yen, which is roughly about S$400++.
How can i have such amount of money by October.
Man.... T^T
But i really want her.... Or at the very least, a Black-haired Blythe with long straight hair =(

Oh yes, and if you want to read more about her, here's the link to her design illustration.

It's fun =)

Salom~
And if you're wondering what is this.
It's what i learnt from my guests from Iran while i was at work.
It means 'Hello' in Iran.
How fun. Learnt something new today =)

Anyways, work has started and, i find myself quite enjoying it.
It's quite fun. People there are nice. And the scenery there is lovely.
There's really alot which i can take....
Which is why i am so relieved that i had a camera phone with me.
So happy~

Anyways, these are the pictures of sceneries i took while at work.

And also, lucky me had food tasting on Wednesday.
Such instances don't happen frequently.
And on my second day at work, i get to enjoy that.
It's really lucky of me.

And the food for tasting are..... Superb.
Come on, it's one of Singapore's pride in terms of culinary, how can it not be good?
But there were some which i can't take.... Since they are beef....
It's a bummer, isn't it? But i shall still stick with what i should follow.
In the end, i could only enjoy a few stuff.
Since some i can't take, and some others were 'hot stuff', finished in a while's time.
So left with only some.
Anyways, the ones i really enjoy.... I will commit them into memory.
They're really good.

Personally, i like the smoked salmon alot. It is really good.
And yes, the last picture there.... It's Tiramisu.
Ah, there's a strong taste of Kahlua to it... Lovely~~

And yes, following the ladies in my department, we 'attacked' the desserts first.
That's why, i enjoyed quite alot of the Tiramisu there =)

Speaking of following the ladies, i am the only guy in my department.
Yes, all the other members are ladies.
So you can say, i'm the only thorn among the roses =X
But i think it's nice. Afterall, i prefer working with ladies, than to guys.

And on a random note, i got rashes recently.
It's really very uncomfortable.
I still can't figure out the cause for it.
It could be the un-washed new uniform i wore the past few days.
It could be the locker which is very very dusty, and i have not yet cleaned till this morning.
It could be my bed.... having bed bugs? 0.0
The last one was rather far-fetched, but, i'm really scared if that happens.
I just hope the rashes die down soon.

Orientation, not the first day yet~

Hey guys~
Ah, back at home and relaxing.
I'm so so sleepy.
Didn't catch a good night sleep last night.
Guess i was nervous =X

Anyways, i love today. Had so much fun~
I made new friends, and though an early day to wake up to (and particularly a sleepless night before), i actually enjoyed the day.
It definitely made me look forward to tomorrow and the day after =)

So started the day waking up, and felt rather accomplished that i didn't lie in.
And i reach Habourfront about roughly 45 minutes earlier, with so much time to burn.
Walked around the area till Linda arrives.

Ah, so we boarded the bus and headed to this place in Sentosa called Ficus Point.
The place was fantastic. I love it. It looks like an apartment for rich people.
Don't you think so?
And guess what? It's a building of recreational facilities for the staff to enjoy.
Like gym, pool table and even a karaoke room. How nice, right?

While there was breaks for the orientation progammes, there were food too.
Yes.... Take a guesss.... What is in this bamboo steamer?

It's Siew Mai =D
And i took off a large portion =X
Greedy me, right? I'm a greeeeedy boy~

And also, i finally got my passes.
Yay~

But seems like guy's passes has no 'blinks-blinks' as compared to females.
But looks so nice =(
Awww well, also good, i won't look gay gay (As told by Sis) =DD

Last but not least, i also found something rather unusual.

Yes, it's an albino peacock.
How rare =)
Lucky me.

Ok, gotta rest soon.
Rather pooped.
Night~

Stuffs happened lately, and decision not yet decided...

Hey~~
It's been a while huh? Is it?
Anyways, now i'm trying out the new blogger interface.
Looking cool, but it makes me feel like a fish out of water,
But it's all about getting used to things, right?

Yeaa, attachment's gonna start tomorrow, and it does gimme the unsettled-ness.
So, for the next six month, i'd be working and working.
And if i wanna do anything, i can only do it on my off-days, which i guess i'd most probably be slugging out at home.
Awww well.... At least it beats being in a hotel, right?

Ah, did a few things during my 'last days of freedom'.
Went to Orchard's H&M to shop before heading down to Sentosa's office for some official documentation thingy on Thursday.
Well, saw the pre-opening of the store the Thursday before did made me curious about it, as well as many people talking about it, plus the mini-hype behind it.
Guess our curiosity was rewarded.
Mom, Sis and I got clothes that we pretty much liked.
And the designs there and stuff were pretty much my taste.
Got a T for myself.
And while waiting for them to shop around the 3-storey building, i took some pictures here and there (Sis does it too, it's on her Flickr)

Yes, the boots did sparked my interest. $79.90 for a pair is pretty much ok to me.
I think most shoes in there are around that pricing. Pretty affordable?

After that and a lunch, we headed down to Harbourfront, where i left both of them at Vivo City and headed to Sentosa. (I didn't exactly ditch them, they had a great teatime at a cafe, enjoying pastries and tea without me.)
Anyways, it was just to pass some documents to the HR department in-charge there.
But while being 'lost' on that island, i saw things that are worth snapping down (as always).

Yes, that's a peacock there trying to seduce his female counterparts.
And while he was trying to avoid me, i was trying to snap a good picture of him.

Skipping to Friday night, after dinner, i went to Ray's place.
After returning back from Ajisen, we played games on his Wii.
And we have a drinking session too (Of course it's at his place)
Lemme see, we had B.... I can't remember the name, but it's with Kahlua, Franjelico and Bailey's, and i love it =)
And yea, Ray gave me his Kahlua. Yay~~ =D
Although i don't really like to drink, once in a while is fine, right?

And last but not least, yesterday, Sis and I went to TGX at the Expo Halls.
Hmmm.... I really lost interest in such conventions and all.
Seeing that there's nothing much that caught my attention, it wouldn't be too far-fetched to consider it as boring.
Guess, the only fun things was to meet friends there.
Saw Luna, and YSL and the others.
Oh yes, personally, i like the Stocking cosplay.
It was done by Andrea, who is another member of Kaya, but she doesn't seem to recognise me. Aww well~

Ah.....
Changing the subject, something's been on my mind recently.
For the past few days, i have been thinking alot about it.
I think, i should just stop covering Japanese songs.
No no, i'm not gonna stop singing or anything, but just for the time being, i don't think i wanna sing Japanese songs for now.
Sometime ago, i met my advisor-in-charge for my attachment, who is a Japanese.
Linda told him i knew Japanese, so he spoke to me with simple Japanese.
Though i know what he meant and all, i stumbled a little.
On top of that, i saw a few posts from some annoying guy about Korean music in the Japanese music industry.
As much as i do not agree with that guy, i have to agree on one part, that one should just sing the language they sing best in, their own language.
It's not that it's bad or what, but sometimes, it really sounds weird.

And all this, you must think, what does it have to do with me, right?
The thing is that, me who likes to sing songs, and love to sing alot of Japanese songs, is bad at Japanese language.
I can't converse in proper Japanese. I don't even know how to structure a proper sentence.
And with that, how can i sing?
I mean, it's like trying to fly, before you can actually walk.
It doesn't feel good.
And also, i don't want to be viewed as a fake.

So i really don't know....
Should i stop? I don't know.
But at the very least, i think i should learn how to speak in Japanese, before i decide to sing again in Japanese
So, in the meanwhile, expect my covers to be in English?

Photo trip around the City Area (As they claim)

Today is really a tiring day, yet a fruitful and definitely fun day.
We went from Marina Square to Merlion Park, from Asian Civilization Museum to Clarke Quay, then to Liang Courts then finally Orchard Road.
And all was planned only at the moment.
I'm pooped....
But having said that, i'm here, doing my blog post about today's little 'misadventure'.

So it all started with me being late meeting them.
Yea, meeting time was 2 pm and i met them only after 3.
Must kill this bad habit of mine, especially when my future workplace will be at a 1.5 hour journey from my place. And it is an established establishment.

Anyways, we met at the atrium of Marina Square and decided to head to the roof of Esplanade.
Man... Sure it was hot.
It's the middle of the day and i was wearing black.
But aww well, that's the joy of being in Singapore, i guess?

But at day time, it's really good to take picture.
With enough light exposure, the pictures turn out good.
Don't you think?
Which only makes me more guilty about not bringing Kathy or Alison out.
They've been lacking love these few days.

After that, we headed to the Merlion Park.
On our way there, we saw this building which looks pretty much like those by the seaside.
True enough, it was named 'Boat House'. What a befitting name, right?

At the Merlion Park, what amazed me wasn't the Merlion, but the rainbow created by the spray.
But the spray just blows onto us.
As much as it feels good, we gotta shade away from it, right? Haha~
But overall, it was nice, the view from the stand.

Next, we went to the Asian Civilization Museum.
It was my first time there. And the first exhibits i saw amuses me quite alot.
Statues from old China with modern accessories, how amusing~
The special exhibits for this time was the terracotta army.
But i think it's the replicas of them.
What do you think?

We walked down to Clarke Quay, via Boat Quay.
It's been years since i walked along there.
It definitely has the early evening feel when pictures are taken there.
And it does have the relaxed, chill feel =)

On the random note, here's a few fierce crabs.
While i was suprised by their large sizes, they were pretty hostile.
They seem like they were ready to pinch me with their pincers any moment.

But anyways, we had our dinner at Songfa Bah Kut Teh, at the shophouse beside Central.
Yes, we had Bah Kut Teh, and it taste superb, just like the previous few times i was there.
Had my milk tea from Gong Cha too =)

And like always, Clarke Quay always have the great late evening scene as always (Dear gosh, what am i saying?)
You have to agree with it.
I can't help but to compare it with my last few excursion trips there.
Reminiscence, in a sense.
Likewise, it goes the same with night scene =)

We went Liang Courts and headed for its Kinokuniya there.
We fooled around.
You know, boys are boys. You can't beat that =D
And i saw this manga with this cover.
I will definitely show this to the hairdresser uncle.
I wanted this hairstyle since so long ago.
I want it, at least before i go for my National Service.

We headed to Orchard, walked there by foot.
On our way there, i was rather disappointed that i could not go to the outside of Singapore Arts Museum.
Heard there was a light display or something, sounds pretty awesome.
Caught a glimpse, and it saddens me even more.

Anyways, there was some horror movie screening outside National Museum of Singapore.
It was an old school movie, if you asked me.
And it actually has that ambiance.
It's much of a pity too, that we can't stay to watch, due to the lack of time.

Oh yes, why, you asked?
Ah Xian wanted to get a novel from Kinokuniya, but the condition was bad in Liang Court's, so we decided to head to Ngee Ann City's.
In the end, we didn't buy anything.

Oh yes, while passing, we saw the grand opening of H&M.
Wait, wasn't it supposed to be tomorrow?
Aww well, anyways, it looks cool inside.
Most probably i will head in tomorrow? If i'm there, that is.

Gotta catch some sleep now, guys.
Nite~
